Goods once sold shall not be taken back or replaced except in the following cases:
We check all our merchandise thoroughly before sending it to you. However, if you find that there is any physical damage to the product that you have received, you will be required to write to us at email@example.com stating the problem along with a clear photograph of the damage within 2-3 days from the date of receiving it. Claims made after expiry of three days shall not be eligible for return/replacement.
Our team will go through your e-mail, and upon approval of the return by us which shall be intimated to you in the form of a reply to your e-mail, you can send the product back to us in the same condition and packing as you had received, and we will send you a fresh piece.
Please note that the cost of shipping the product back to us will have to be borne by you, along with the risk of loss of the product in the course of the transit.
For any damage that happens on a later date we shall not be responsible. Once you use and/or wash the garment they cease to be eligible for return or replacement.
However, should there be any issue you may write to us about it, and we will try to fix it for you, either for free or for a price depending upon the nature and extent of damage.
2. Issue with the sizing
Customized apparel that you buy from us are handcrafted exclusively for you based on the measurements and pattern that you provide us. We take extreme care in making them. Please ensure that you provide us the right measurements.
For instance, you cannot give us the measurements taken from your stretchable jeans for making Khadi Jeans which is 100% cotton and non-stretch. We cannot take responsibility for such errors. We also cannot take responsibility for an error you made while measuring.
However, if there is an issue with the size you can always write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if it can be altered we will do it for you at no additional cost. But if it cannot be altered, for instance an increase in the length, we are afraid we cannot help you.
If you find an issue with the fitting in our standard sized apparel that you purchased you can exchange it for another size. In such a case you will be required to send us an e-mail within 2-3 days from the date of receipt of the product. Only a replacement is possible and not refund.
You will be required to send back the product in the same condition and packing as you had received it. Please note that the cost of shipping the product to us will have to be borne by you, along with the risk of loss of the product in the course of the transit.
Washing and/or using the product will make it ineligible for return/replacement.
Kindly note that at no circumstance will a refund be possible.
